Found this course when checking Transport Canada's list of accredited PCOC course providers. Canadian company based in Ottawa and course price including card is less than 1/2 other listed options! For those who worry about finishing the course at your own pace one of the nice things is you only pay for the official card *after* passing the PCOC exam. Course was great with assessment quizzes after each chapter, and definitely helped me pass the official PCOC exam first try. Will recommend to friends/family!
