Sales person are friendly. But shady business practice, I don’t recommend anyone buying from them.I purchased a 2010 ZDX 2 years ago, they made a mistake by charging me Canadian dollars instead of US dollars which were agreed upon. 2 month laters they called me threatened me to put a lien on my vehicle, and I agreed to settle and paid the full amount, and they agreed to not register a lien. since, I did pay less in Canadian dollars. However 2 weeks ago I found out there was a outstanding lien by said business on that vehicle, and ICBC wasn’t going to pay me without it being discharged since the car was total lost. I am glad I found out through ICBC, Imagine if I got surprised 3 years down the road, without know there was a lien on my car’s title when I am about to sell.

I am so upset I cannot get over it cuz I bought a Toyota model which was advertised as extremely clean but it was a ripoff as I discovered dents and other damages underneath the vehicle.. they also put me on a loan at a high rate with a bank falsely saying my own would not finance the car. I am extremely unhappy.
