Me Diana Duminica was very accommodating and was able to take us in with a couple of weeks notice. We were buying a new home and as first time buyers, we would recommend her. She is very professional and does a great job, she explains everything in great detail and walks you through the process. She worked very fast and everything went smoothly for us.

The notary and paralegal were kind in person. However, they did several mistakes with the documents. Fortunately I picked up on them. They also asked the bank to release funds 5 days too early which cost us hundreds of dollars for the accrued interest. I would not recommend them.

First of all I would like to appreciate the professionalism of the whole team, everything went very smooth. All of the questions were answered in great detail. Second of all, from the first meeting the whole process was described, when I made an appointment I had no idea how everything should be done. I was given the list of the required documents and Diana explained why they were needed, she was always there to guide me in case I had some additional questions. If you are in search of a notary, I would definitely recommend this one.

They offers the highest rate, only reason I went with them was to have a closing date as soon as possible. The date was delayed 3 times. Difficult to communicate, sending emails, leaving voice mails won't help. I did not get what I paid.
