Devin at the Glendale pen center… was super helpful, although my phone gave him a hard time he did everything in his ability to make sure my iCloud backed up and things ran smoothly. I was able to trade in my old phone and get the new iPhone 14. Service was knowledgeable and friendly. The best virgin mobile store I’ve tried received helped from. Definitely recommended going to see Devin at the Penn

Hey I had to get on here and leave a review for Devin, treated me and my group with the upmost respect, care and his professionalism. He helped us all with new phones and plans but, was very transparent and patient with us the whole way through. I highly recommend speaking to Devin if you are planning on getting any type of Phone, Internet etc.

Had a great experience dealing with virgin. The sales representative was very helpful and friendly. She helped me with everything from setting up the phone and putting me on the right plan to putting on my screen protector. When it came time to sign she took the time to explain everything properly and didn’t take any shortcuts. Also very Approachable and easy to talk to. Very happy with my experience.

Excellent service in upgrading to a cellular watch. Existing phone not compatible and Krista Stadnyk, sales representative, transferred existing phone information to new phone. She explained why the old phone did not work and each step of what she was doing along the way. Thorough in explaining new contract. Virgin had the best price of four stores visited.
