Update: looks like they answer bad reviews just to look good! I emailed as per their request and they never answered..We went to the one in brossard and it was much better. The headsets kept getting tangled and we all kept losing connection and the games were bugging for the whole hour. We kept hearing other people yelling loudly in our headsets. We could barely hear each other. When we asked for help they said there's nothing they can do. They didn't even offer to extend the time or change rooms. Definitely not going back to that one again! Go to a different one. Way more fun!

Had an awful experience with this place and would not recommend anyone to try this.The VR didn't work (no sound, mic didn't work, laggy game). Lost my first hour to troubleshooting after multiple restart. They refused to refund me for my lost time while I couldn't do anything. All they offered was more time (why would I do more time if my friends booked the same time as me...? Like I'm supposed to just stay 1 more hour alone?) or a credit (again, why would I ever return here for 1 hour after having such a bad experience?).TL;DR : Awful customer service that will scam you out of your time and money when it doesn't even work.

A lot of fun, good selection of games. Personally, I started feeling a little hot and nauseous during the Google Earth simulator--not sure if it was the game or if I'm just not used to VR. I switched to the job simulator and felt better. My 8yo loved it.

This was an awesome place to host my son's birthday. The kids had a blast!!! Sasha and her team were absolutely incredible, what a great experience. The staff was always standing by to help the kids out, not a minute of game time was wasted. They were also very conscientious about how the children were reacting to the games and kept checking on them and making sure they were not overwhelmed or playing anything inappropriate for their age. Perfectly bilingual staff! Thank you MontVR Laval!!!

I went to a reservation for 9:30pm yesterday, and even though we accidentally booked 9:30am the staff was very understanding/accommodating and let us still play our escape room (group of 3). The worker(s) explained the games really well and gave us their opinion on some of the games so we could make the right decision. All in all I really enjoyed my time here and would 110% come back! Escape room: dragon tower was very fun!

Went twice. First time one of my remotes not working. Hard to get help from staff. Turns out battery was dying. Lost about 10 mins of my time because of this. Second time my sons remote did not work. He called for help 3 times. No one came. He stepped out they were busy. Finally they changed his remote. Lost about 15 mins. Place has lots of wear and tear. Black tapes on remotes. Not impressed with the overall look. Games were fun though

Great setup and great virtual experience but the staff is still kinda green. Had to wait quite a while to get playing because my computer was not setup properly. Reservations are pretty much needed on weekends but only credit cards are accepted online (no PayPal or debit? Really?! In 2020??)

Had great fun and the staff was kind and friendly. Maybe it should be bigger for more experiences? Other than that had a good time.
