A huge store with everything for the house. They carry cosmetics, body care, candy, food and electronics. There is also a pharmacy too. There is something for everyone in the family. Make surr you sign up for their loyalty program. It is super easy to earn rewards.

I had absolutely the worst experience with photo lab. We clicked pictures around 3 we were told it will be ready in 20 mins so we checked at 3:30 it wasn't ready then we checked again at 4 still not ready. I decided to get some work done meanwhile when I'm back they said they don't have pictures with them and made me wait again for 30 mins

Oksana was really helpful when I needed help with cosmetics for the first time! Throughout the whole hour they were able to patiently assist me and provided insight on each question I had. Thank you so much Oksana and I hope you will be in the department when I come back! Much love ❤️

Locked doors 10 mins before closing time. I do understand that it’s nice for staff to be able to leave right on time but my item should have taken less than 5 mins to grab and check out. Saw 4 other groups walk up after me. Better off heading to the Southgate location if you’re cutting it close.

Have been going to this store since the Windermere location closed. It is a great place for shopping, pharmacy and taking/printing photos. Some grocery items are pricier but the experience (good cleaniess, shelves are well maintained, etc) is worth it. Most staff across the departments are friendly. The photo department is the best among all the places I've been to (Walmart, staples, shoppers). The quality (efficiency, photo paper, packaging) of the online photo printing is great, at a price just slightly higher than that at Staples. And the service is fantastic for taking passport photos. For little kids, they provide safety seat. Highly recommend.

Taking too much time for taking photo. It’s so sad waiting for a photo for more than 1 hr. Don’t waste time here

Worst customer service by so called one of the Managers at electronics department. I bought a toy car for my todder son and it worked for just two hours and stopped. So went to return it. The employee was polite and dealing nicely. Then the manager appeared and said its used so cannot be returned. (How do I know if its working or not without using). Their return policy also never said if it is used it cannot be returned.Further, he added that there are thousands of car manufactured and sold. Only this car has problem? When i started answering him he rudely said I am not talking to you". Then he started attending another customer. The employee who was dealing with me asked the manager some question regarding my return. Then his answer was rude to the employee also. The employee and myself were waiting for the manager to finish his dealing with other customer so we can speak to him. But he didn't even turn to our side he walked away. Finally i could talk to the manager's boss and got return the toy.This incidence is quite opposite to normal. Usually employee will be rude and Manager will try to solve the problem. Its surprising how did this person became manager when he dont have even basic courtesy."

Customer service Indian woman was a racist against a white person. Gave me a dirty look then refused to take my lotto ticket when I am a 40yo, she was demanding ID which she had no right to ask for! Then the male Indian supervisor was also racist, bs’ing and coughing and did not rectify the situation. Instead of being understanding he was rude, belligerent and raised his voice for no reason and talked over me. You have lost a loyal customer!I don’t support companies that support racists against caucasians! Re:2023June14

A large London Drugs store in the South Edmonton common. Great place to get passport Photo for Passport and Immigration applications. They have quick service and turn around is very quick.The only downside is one of thr 4 passports was rejected by the passport office. They promised to retake the photos if rejected so we will be going to have it retake and will update this review if they keep their promise.

the boy at the photo counter was incredibly sweet (and has good music taste). i would really love to see the people working in the photo lab receive more support. it was hectic and they could’ve used a hand, and the rest of the store was quiet. very happy with my interaction
