Juilan E has been a wonderful active rehab trainer to work with. Julian has been helping me to return to full function following a MVA injury. He has provided support with muscles strength, power, and improving overall flexibility and mobility. It is still a work in progress but in a short time I have seen improvements.

The gym has a great environment. I have done their circuit training class that John lead. It was fantastic. He is a great trainer with the right balance of guidance and encouragement. I recommend checking it out.

I highly recommend you have a session with Carson, he's the guy to see for any questions on mobility or form. If you really want to build a strong foundation for your deadlift, squat, or bench, or any other major lifts I can't recommend Carson enough. @Carsonmoore_pt on Instagram.

Julian is a great trainer, he listened to me when I expressed some of the physical challenges that my 57 year old body has. He made a program to suit these issues, if I couldn't do some of the exercises he quickly changed to exercises I could do. In just a little over 4 months, I notice a huge difference in my strength, attitude, sleeping & eating patterns and overall happiness. Julian is attentive, knowledgeable, motivating and an all around nice guy.
