Kelso Beach at Nawash Park
Beautiful and pretty quiet setting on Owen Sounds water front. Walking trails and public amenities are included.Added bonus of a children's water play area in the park.

Kelso Beach at Nawash Park
This is a nice quaint park, with a playground, splash pad, and trail that goes along the water. It's a great place to go for a jog or walk your dog. It'd be nice to have a bit more gardens put in just to add to the atmosphere, but otherwise--good place to go!

Kelso Beach stands out with its peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The beach has clean facilities and convenient parking. The park also features beautiful trails surrounded by lush greenery. The sandy shoreline and clear waters of Georgian Bay make it a stunning destination.it also provides a small playground for kids to enjoy. This additional feature adds to the overall family-friendly experience of the park.

Nice park to hang out and enjoy the weather or go for a swim. Nice little amphitheatre where you could listen to live bands. There is a splash area and lovely green spaces to pop down with a picnic blanket and relax for the day.

Very nice spot to take toddlers for the splash pad! Big park, nice small beach and a great place to just take a stroll and look at the water.

Kelso Beach at Nawash Park
During my recent visit, I discovered a hidden gem of a park nestled alongside a stunning beach. The park's pristine surroundings and well-maintained facilities left a lasting impression. The washrooms were clean and well-equipped, providing a sense of comfort and convenience. It's always a relief to find such well-maintained amenities in a public park. The highlight of this park was undoubtedly its location by the seaside. The beach was immaculate, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline. Moreover, the presence of a water playground specifically designed for kids added a delightful touch. Families with children can enjoy a fun-filled day by the water, making it an ideal spot for a family outing.

Beautiful clean and quiet park. Park is very nice. Children’s playing area also nice. Beach water is really crystal clear. Also Less crowded place. It’s recommended to all type of ages. It’s fun place to be around. There is little park for kids with some slides and swings. They would enjoy this environment.

Nice park by the water with a public washroom, shelter and a playground. A really nice artistic indigenous reconciliation garden too. Sometimes there is a good truck.

Kelso Beach at Nawash Park
Kelso Beach Park is surprisingly clean and the water quality looks good. I like that it’s not too crowded here. The beach part is somewhat small but looks great. There is a playground there for kids and a splash pad. The washrooms are okay, at least there are no line ups.

Very enjoyable with the exception of drone usage and people not putting their dogs on leashes and not stooping and scooping. It has been reported but nothing gets done. Watch where you step when walking through the park.
