Terrible service. Trainee put only halfspoons of tuna on sandwich, so I pointed out kindly. Training staff replied curtly that it was because the tuna was spread about.. I've taken many tuna sandwiches before and I know for sure these weren't normal-sized spoonfuls the trainee put there. Anyway, so I continue my order, still courteous with the trainee, training girl asks me if I want trio, then tells me what I gotta pay when I'm not even done with veggies yet. She gives me a quick, visibly fake have a nice day enjoy your meal!" and even drops my sandwich without looking as I reach for it and she heads back to the trainee.. Felt very pressured to leave the place

I visited a couple of times and never had a bad experience. The staff is chill and offer an adequate service for job they do. My order has never been messed up and was always satisfied with it. The place was always clean no matter the time of the day that I went in. Compared to other Subways, this location is definitely one of my favorites.

The Subway artist Rashmi was a pleasant ray of sunshine within the gloomy state of the world. Upon arriving at subway (st Denis) I was greeted with a smile and amazingly fast service. She even remembers my order of subs when I go back other times. I highly recommend going to this location. Most definitely 5 stars.

I specifically wanted only the veggies but the sándwich artist added the veggie patty and disingenously charged me more. I am disturbed by their dishonesty. Not recommended!

I wanted to eat at the place and I told them I got vaccinated in another country, I proceeded to show them my paper proof of vaccination (as I usually do when I go to restaurants or malls here, and they always let me in because I'm vaccinated and I have proof) but they did not care and said I needed to have the QR code, that this was Quebec, I tried to explain to them that my case was different that I always show my paper version and that the Quebec government says it's fine, never going again, even the Canadian government recognize the fact that I am vaccinated. If you're a foreign just don't go there, they won't let you eat inside.
