Terrible logistics coordination. They insist on overhanging both front and rear of the trailer, yet 18 rearward would accommodate the eight 4x4 8' dunnage in two rows I keep as a security wall on the nose of the trailer. At the same time they are adament to not request a 53' trailer. There is no logic to this and it creates a friction between their loaders and this attitude spreads like a virus. Note the picture: If that runner board was at the rear edge of the trailer

Very bad yard staff. Very poor service loading unloading. 5 hours wait for unloading 8 pilots. Very very very very bad system only in ipex Edmonton.

Really very bad experience the people Working on reception in shipping office don’t know how to talk with visitors they were so rude moreover the waiting is very very long just wastage of time. I really don’t want to give even one star.

Very very poor service. When you come to location . They send you to another yard they load you there after loading you have to come to main location to get paperwork they think its car that we can drive around easy. Even just keep on waiting they don’t understand that we losing hours from our log book . Lazy people. Big thing is they ask you park outside yard on street you will not find place to park .

Wait for hours to get paper work in the office they don’t understand we are losing hours. Keep standing in their office to get papers and they say i need to finish other stuff. Giving papers only take seconds but they make you wait. Poor ladies work in office.
