needed a haircut quickly for work and it looks like 2 different people cut my hair except one of them was drunk. a teenager could have done better.

Worst haircut experience of my life here mostly because I did not receive a haircut experience.I called 45 minutes before my appointment. Everything was on track I was told. Appointment was at 3, I had plans for 345 nearby, I was very direct with this information. When they told me all was good I drove into town. Typically they are great, my hair personally takes 15 minutes. I got there 10 minutes early. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes... I sat for 25 minutes, watching a post haircut chat between hairdresser and client for ten minutes. I then asked how long when the ladies were done. 20-30 minutes". I left the salon. This was super unprofessional and they were extremely inaccurate with information. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."

Awesome place, staffed by entire team of fantastic hair stylists/cutters. Never a long wait. Friendly, fast, and do a great cut. I especially like that they record notes about your hair cut preferences and print it out for themselves for each appointment. Consistent cut even from different staff members.

So I went there for curtain bangs and layers. The lady was super nice to me. Except she got way too comfortable and started discussing her financial issues with me and how customers are cheap" when they don't tip at least $5. She bragged about getting ~34 bucks for a tip the day before. It was super uncomfortable because I felt indirectly forced to give her a tip. Also

The customer service by the ladies that did my kids' hair was great. Wish their system for buying and using their gift card is more fluid to use. We wait longer because their system doesn't process gift cards and combination of coupons easily. Otherwise, the staff are friendly.

Quite honestly appauled by the treatment I received from staff at this establishment. Came in for a haircut and asked my hair to be styled curly because I had maternity photos being taken later on in the day. Two staff told me they could not style my hair because we are busy on the weekends" and that "our manager says we can't". I'm sorry

Our go to person in the salon when it comes to our toddler is Marylou. She is very professional and detail specific. She's very fast and very good in handling kids.knows how to entertain and be good at her job. She is definitely a keeper

I went in for a haircut a few days ago, and the customer service was honestly very nice. I had a nice chat with the lady who cut my hair. Although, I asked for long layers and to cut around TWO inches off my length and even showed her specifically where I wanted it cut to (mind you my hair reached all the way to my lower back), but she chopped my hair all the way up to my shoulder. I didn’t realize how short it really was until after I left, and it made me extremely upset. I even told her that this haircut was for my grad next week which is a very important time to me. To be frank, I wouldn’t mind this length at all and I’ve gotten short/medium layers in the past, but the layers she cut was not very well done either. I have cried multiple times over it for the past few days now, every time I look in the mirror, because it has taken me such a long time and with great care for me to grow my hair this long and she completely whacked my hair right before my grad. I will never come back here again as this has caused too much unnecessary emotional distress, and right before an event that is so important to me. I plead you to please listen very carefully to your customers!
