Honestly, I don't think they should advertise for women haircut if they're gonna do a bad job. My curtain bangs are so uneven, not cut right at the top. Paid 52 dollars, all she did was blowdry straight ( no volume or blow-dry curls added) only curled the front 2-3 sections ( with a straightener) , add no definition. Worst experience I ever had. Incomplete and unflattering. Maybe for babies it's alright but not for female haircuts.

We took our little guy there for his first haircut after it had been recommended to us by a work aquintenance. I’m surprised this place is in The business of cutting children’s hair as the hairdresser who cut our sons hair not only didn’t listen to simple instructions but was cold and inpersonable. No hello, no smile, no personality, simply going through the motions. What’s the point of going to a children’s hairdresser if it’s no different than any other place and it doesn’t make the experience special for a child or their nervous parents.

We had our son's first haircut here, and they were great. We didn't have an appointment but got in right away. They had some cool cars as chairs for the kids to sit it. They were pretty quick and my sons hair looked great. At the end they gave him a certificate with some of his hair like a graduation. We will be back

Love it! My little one had his first haircut today. Booking was quick and straightforward over the phone. Haircut was quick and painless! Can you believe it! Our hairdresser did a fantastic job entertaining our almost 2 years old. Bonus: they even gave a “first haircut” certificate. Will definitely come back!

I love minimood, i take my son all the time there. Plus when he had his 1st haircut they gave him a kind of a certificate with a piece of his hair on it. It was so nice to have such a souvenir for him when he grows up.The decor is really nice and baby/kid friendly.And their service is so good.

Although all hair dressers were nice and friendly one didn’t seem to be able to cut the style for my son I had wished for. I thought I had described it in great detail and even showed photos of the requested style. I appreciated that she was honest with not being able to do the cut and asked her colleague to continue which was fine. The lady at the counter though ruined it all by appearing to be extremely grumpy and unfriendly. She had not pointed out the price difference between boys and girls on the phone before although I asked specifically (my girl only needed a bit of a trim of the tips and was still much more expensive than my boy!) The lady at the counter was basically barking at me and simply denied everything. A very unpleasant person who represents a place. Not going there ever again…

Patty was really nice and patient. We went on a Monday and nobody was there so no reason for her to rush. But she didn't cut my daughter's hair in the way I showed her in the pictures (of a bob). The back is way too short, the sides are longer than the back, and her bangs are choppy. I even asked her to trim the sides, but she said no, it was fine. The certificate was nice. All in all, I won't pay almost $30 again to have this experience repeated.

These ladies know what they're doing. I called in and got same-day appointments for 3 kids (age ranged 4 to 9 years). The price ranged from 16 to 26 CAD per child: my eldest daughter got a cream bath and layer cut for 26 CAD (the simpler the cheaper). The results were amazing, all three kids and parents were happy with the cuts. They have play ground in the waiting area. Highly recommended!
