The food is exactly the same as any other McDonald's. This, however, is without question one of the slowest and most poorly laid out I've ever seen. It's actually worth it to check it out. Very busy but only 2 cash registers, no direction for customers who just mill about in a loose group in front of the counter. It's even difficult to get inside as customers with carts clog the narrow entryway! The drive thru isn't much better. It's comical if you've got time to waste.

There have not been fountain drinks availabls at this location for at least a couple of months. They say their machine is broken and provide customers with warm, non-refridgerated cans of coke without a cup, ice or straw. If you ask for a cup and ice, they will provide it, but the employees sound annoyed by the request. The fact that there is no attempt to refrigerate the drinks or to offer a cup and ice by default is below the standards expected of any restaurant and certainly McDonald's where consistency is what the company is known for and what keeps customers returning. There is no apology offered, no sign to say there are no fountain drinks or even cold drinks available, and information about when it is intended to be fixed. It demonstrates disregard for the customer experience.

They messed up our order three times so we had been waiting for an hour and a half the bathroom in the stores looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years (disgusting) and after the third time messing up the order the manager told my mom to and I quote get Tf out of my store" so my mother asked for a refund the Manager gave her back her money slammed the cash closed and assaulted my mother. Disrespectful and disgusting and we will be pressing charges."

Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal from this location . The chicken was dried out and tasteless. Starting eating my fries and found a hair in them. Needless to say, everything went in the garbage.I will give four stars to the young man on the drive through. He was very friendly !

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last time I was here I waited forever in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. The egg was undercooked in the middle. Today I ate in. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin combo with apple juice. The server was so rude in the way she said they don't have apple juice. You can look at the photo to see the state of the sandwich. When we were handed our order I asked for ketchup. Despite handing me the ketchup another employee told me that I have to ask for it at the time I order. I have triple checked the ordering counter and there is not one sign anywhere saying to ask for condiments ahead of time. Finally the tables are filthy. We are still in a pandemic and nobody can be bothered to keep the area clean.

Ordered the Jalapeño and Guacamole Chicken Meal for walk in service. It took forever, all the while the staff chatted. No receipt provided. PS - No one advised I should probably bring my own guacamole (check out the generous dollop on the bun). Oh, and how could I forget... the pop was warm. Not worth the wait or coin.

On multiple occasions I've received my burger with something pushed down through the top bun and the bun is literally in pieces. Once it looked like a thumb and today's Mc chicken top bun had a cross shape pushed down through it splitting the bun into pieces.We live in witless bay and it's not easy emptying full bags of McDonald's in a drive through to check individual burgers, nor should we have to. Combined with handing out warm cans of coke for months and stale fries 50% of the time, we're done.Edit: Sept 26th 2022....I would honestly recommend anyone considering this McDonald's because they are in proximity to drive to commonwealth instead. This McDonald's shouldn't even be open for business it's that bad. I will 1000% be contacting their main office/center.

We stopped by a little bit before closing time and had a fantastic experience! We wanted breakfast sandwiches and the server let us know if advance that it would be a wait and we said we didn't mind. Apparently there was an issue with the egg maker so 3 extra minutes turned into 6 extra minutes which is not a big deal but the server was so amazing and proactive he offered us some free drinks and some fries to make up for the wait. His customer service was amazing and he really made our night!
