I went for my car wash today. After I scan my ticket, before I enter the car wash I put my car in neutral. After initial shampoo shower in my car, the came out from car wash without out washing and drying. When I complained to the reception, they told me my car was in drive mode(though I put the car in neutral before my car went before car wash), if that is the reason why they drop shampoo and soap on my car? In the reception they denied re wash and misbehaved with me and also threatened me to call police. This is not the way customer should be treated after paying for service.

It's a gas station with one of the best carwash services. However, you will find, often, that the pumps do not provide receipts when paying at the pump. Then when you have to go in to get the little piece of paper, there is only 1 cashier and a huge line. Not cool. I pay at the pump so I don't have to wait in line.

I tend to go to hand cash washes but during the pandemic I decided to try an automated car wash, plus figured my son would enjoy going as well. The price was reasonable but the wash was not good. I have a hatchback and it did not clean the whole back of the car, plus the bottom edges and any fairly dirty areas like around the tires. Sent a note later but since I am not a Petro card holder they could not do anything, clearly I will go back to hand car washes.

You don’t even want to say hi or thank you. Customer service deserves 0. Usually its the customers that come off as rude from the get-go but this place is the opposite.

Paid for 5 washes , it goes so fast it does not dry the car, first time I used it was great and every time before, bit now it is faster and it does not dry, so dirt would make mud on it or you have to dry urself .Service getting worst.

Good place. Gas is always more expensive than Shell across the street, but they have a good car wash. Today I had a really bad experience. Always the same staff on Saturday. One of the two guys, the shorter one has always a very bad attitude. Very bad. Always, no exception. He is like doing me a huge favour every time I buy something .

Cleans with brushes. Does an ok job but can be better. Line is usually a lot shorter than Esso down the street
