ZERO customer service skills. I booked my appointment in advance and showed up 5 minutes early so I’m not late. 35 minutes in and no one even started my nails. Literally zero respect for customer’s time. When i said I’m leaving cause its too late, suddenly all of them including the supervisor wanted to do my nails??Why book an appointment when you don’t have a tech available? Do better!

First time here and i wont be going back. The person doing my pedicure seemed brand new and she didnt know how to trim nails or apply polish. And nobody would come help her. Finally after being there for close to 2 hrs they were closing the store so somebody helped to finish my nails. Also got a manicure and my nails were cut so short and the person still kept filing right down to my skin till it hurt i had to ask them to stop. This place needs to listen to their clients and make sure staff are trained before they get them to start working on actual clients. I will not be back and dont recommend this place. There was also a girl next to me who wanted a third coat of polish and the nail tech wouldnt do it and walked away and appeared to be so angry at her for asking. Unprofessional and tried upselling me on random nail treatments whereas their prices are already so high. Also my toe nails are already chipped whereas they usually last more than 3 weeks

Never disappointed they are professional remember k ow my preferences and always make me happy they do an amazing pedicure and massage with many many options for colourHighly recommended this nail salon been getting my nails done here for about 13 years Helen and her team with make you feel special beautiful and your nails be the high light

My first time here. I had the deluxe mani and pedi! The massage is very relaxing! The ladies are wonderful. Will go back again for sure.

I have been coming to this location for four years and I had the worst service. I asked for a 4 PM appointment and they asked me to come in at 3:30. Once I walked in and checked in with their digital check-in, still, no one acknowledged us being there. Finally at 4:20. I went to the lady and told them that I have a 330 appointment, and they finally put us in a pedicure chair for another 20 minutes. Once the pedicures were done, we got manicures done. The second manicure was rushed. There are still so many sharp edges on all the nails, and it wasn’t even buffed. All the nails are so rough. This location takes on so many customers, but is not able to serve them the proper way. I no longer recommend this location and I for sure will not be returning.

Just moved from downtown and was looking for a new nail salon. Decided to try this one randomly but I am happy I did. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and very clean. And Mia did such a good job on my pedicure. I am super picky when it comes to my nails but I will definitely be coming back.

June did a wonderful job on my pedicure, she was so nice to me and my son.This is a nice clean salon, fairly busy but they were still able to fit me in.I enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back to get another pedicure from june!

My sister took me to visit this excellent nail salon for a manicure and pedicure. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable.Kim took care of my manicure. She was careful and precise, ensuring my nails looked neat and clean. Additionally, she gave me a relaxing hand massage that was truly a highlight.June handled my pedicure, putting a lot of care into making my feet feel lighter and more comfortable. To top it off, she provided an excellent foot massage that left me feeling incredibly relaxed.The salon also has comfortable massage chairs, which added to the overall relaxing ambiance.I really recommend this salon. It's clear that Kim, June, and the rest of the team are dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring their customers have a great experience.Big thanks to the whole team. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed and put-together than I have in a long time.

This place is great for a pedicure but my experience for Gel wasn’t that amazing. The nails started to chip less than a week after getting them done from Allure. And had to come back to get it fixed.Now, Its been less than two weeks and most of them have come off. Nevertheless, the service was pleasant. Would definitely come back for a pedi!

I got acrylics from Helen, she did an amazing job, the shape and the colours are just beyond expectations with very decent price. Totally recommend her.
