Karleigh at Masonville was fantastic helping this dad order up Oakleys for my daughter. Knowledgeable on the product, helpful explaining what teens find trendy and helped me custom order the sunglasses. All around a fantastic experience!

Isaac was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. I went in there with my friend not expecting to buy anything but he showed me these unbelievable Burberry glasses that fit me perfectly and I had to get them. Such a personable guy and definitely a huge asset to the sunglass hut team.

The associate at the store was awesome. She let us know about the sale, got us set up with a few pairs of the styles we were looking for, but didn’t make us feel pressured. She was around to answer questions, and helped us order online when they didn’t have what we needed in store. The whole experience was comfortable and easy.

The lady manager at Hudson Bay store doesn’t know customer care. Asked her if my Hudson Bay card offer will be applied on this product. In stead of saying “no”, she said very rudely that then the product value will be $2. It’s not about $, it’s how she said is so insulting. Never going back.

went to both stores the same day looking for a specific pair of ray bans. although staff were friendly in both stores, the staff at white oaks just had a little something extra in their attitudes that made my experience better. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and exchanged a pair, hassle free. covid rules were enforced and I could see them sanitizing glasses that had been tried on.
