The worst experience at a coffee place.Didn't know how to make basic drinks, they were rude, and seemed irritated by my orders.

Great place to go if u want a fancy drink, they will do thier best to make you any kind of drink, unless it's not on the menu, you need too bring a recipe for them to follow.They have a great staff to serve you, and if things break down or not on stock they try thier best to improvise a bad situation .Only bad deal is usually short staffed on weekends...

Would not recommend here they closed at 6:30 when they are supposed to be opened till 9. We got in line behind a lady and the barista in a snarky tone said I'm closing after her" she was very rude definitely need to learn how to approach that better. Once again would not recommend they have horrible manners and are rude to customers and close early for no reason."

Waited forever. Took our order and the worker took three more orders after ours before even starting to make our drinks. Poor customer service.

I've been waiting in line for almost an hour, there was 5 people in front of me, now there is two. ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING this wait is horrendous, I wouldn't be so mad and frustrated if I wasnt pregnant and late for my college class but everytime I come there is only ever ONE person working on the clock and it's always so busy. I thought they would step their game up by now
