I had a frustrating experience with the accounting company. They made mistakes, failed to provide crucial information, and I had to pay extra to resolve the issues. Despite claiming to fight COVID, the accountant shared park photos on the same weekend. Even after four months, the necessary documents have not reached the CRA. This delay has caused significant inconvenience. Eventually, I had to switch accountants, incurring an additional CAD 500. Their lack of professionalism and communication was disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. It is impossible to reach them when you have issues after filing your taxes. They made us loose our time and money. CRA keeps sending new letter each month and asking for additional information. Obviously they didn’t do their job properly in the first place. I recommended them to some of my friend also but now I regret it. Find yourself a reliable accountant whom you can rely on because if something happens after you’re done with filing the taxes, you will never be able to reach anyone from this place. Stay away.
