Kops Records

Went to Oshawa to visit an in-law and stopped by this gem of a record store. Owner was very nice and had a fairly wide range of titles. Managed to pick up a Joni Mitchell record for a fraction of the price had I bought it on Amazon or in my hometown. Will definitely return!

I like “vintage” records as opposed to newly pressed, and the prices for them here are excellent!

They weren't officially open yet but they let us in because it was cold out and we had an infant with us. Nice guys. Anyways, we found they had a great selection. I found three records for my son in law for Christmas. I look forward to going back!

My kid buys me vinyl for Fathers day, no complaints. Now I have to buy a player which I haven't had in almost 40 years. LOL. Now I have to get records which cost 50 ea. No way.Stopped in here. Amazing. Just spent a 1/2 hr going through the vintage used bin which is where I would look anywhere else. 10 awesome LP 60 bucks. Great service and a cool selectionI will come get one of the premium records at some point. Have to ease myself into this obsession.Pricing is starting to go up that is life. I thought I might negotiate a record that looked like it had been soaked in the water and was givin a nose looking down kind of response. I bought 7 LP that day. All of the scratched and skipped.I will give it a second thought now before heading there.

Took in some old vinyl and a turntable. Very helpful and Knowledgeable. I received a lesson on turntables and what makes them valuable and some of the history of the albums I brought in.

One of the wildest, craziest, and organized record stores I've been to. I was prepared to be there, but I'm not sure if my wallet was. It's also incredibly neat they host live music upstairs, too!If I go to Oshawa, this is absolutely the place I'll be at first.

It's a great record store with an amazing selection of new and vintage vinyl. I was really impressed with the rare items along their wall. I found the new vinyl reasonably priced but the vintage/used vinyl was hit or miss based on discogs prices. They almost have too much vintage/used which is a pain unless you really like to crate dig. A lot of the vintage/used vinyl isn't priced and you have to take it to staff to look up the price or get back to you the next day. The parking here is scarce as it's only street parking so give yourself some extra time when you visit.

One of my favourite record shops. Excellent selection, reasonable or downright great prices, and pleasant staff. One of three locations and each are superb. A must visit for vinyl geeks.

Great to have a local place for vinyl. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to seeing them under new location
