Plastic Surgery Group at City Centre

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Adrian Lee and his whole staff. They were extremely professional from start to finish. I have had several friends who have had breast augmentations and found that the one who had seen Dr. Lee had the type off look I was going for, natural, full, and proportionate to my body. From start to finish Dr. Lee and his staff were very professional and made me feel like I was in very good hands. A few weeks after surgery one area of my nipple was not healing. It was a long weekend so I called the surgeon on call. Dr. Lee was on vacation at the time but I was told to come in and the doctor on call would see me. Once I arrived the doctor saw me right away and gave me some antibiotics just in case and advised me how to care for the area and booked me another appointment for a follow up. I ended up having to have a small revision which Dr. Lee performed and was happy to do so with no additional charge since he stands behind his work. A few weeks after the revision I had another appointment and everything was healing well. My surgical experience was by far one that I can look back at and know that I had the best level of care. If I have any additional cosmetic surgery in the future I would not hesitate to go see Dr. Lee and his team! I will continue to recommend him.

I have had two surgeries at the Plastic Surgery Group at City Centre. I have only had interaction with Laurie in reception and Dr. Prince. Dr. Prince is second to none. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any and all questions. Her expertise and her skills are truly exceptional. She is very easy to talk to and truly a master of her profession. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone who wants the best. Laurie was also amazing. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Prince and Laurie are both a real credit to the Plastic Surgery Group at City Centre.

I would have gotten a reduction much sooner had I known how easy it would be. There was a wait for a consultation appt, when I did get an appt I called the office to be put on the cancellation list. When I called the office they said that they reserved cancellation appts for breast cancer patients, I couldn't even be disappointed, they needed those cancellations more than me. When I had my consultation Dr Lee patiently (no pun intended) he answered my many questions. He was clear and honest about the outcome. On the day of the surgery, I didn't think I would be capable of being more impressed, but I was. The staff were warm, and welcoming, it didn't feel like a hospital or doctors office. As nervous as I was the staff eased my anxiety. After surgery the nurses in post operative care were even better, they made sure I was comfortable, and pain free. Just before leaving they went over some basic instructions I would be able to remember in my state along with written instructions. Any time I had a question no matter how small they were available to answer. As hard as it may be to believe I had absolutely no post op pain at all. The whole experience was ..pleasant. Many women have said they noticed the weight was gone, the first thing I noticed was my posture. I was standing more upright. I have noticed a reduction in headaches and neck pain as well. I literally feel like I have had a weight lifted off of me. I didn't think the effect would have been this impactful. I bought a bralette for the first time in my life, a bralette that I am so excited to wear. I no longer have to spend a fortune on supportive bras. I feel...normal. For reference I am 5'6 and wore 36DD or 34DD bras before surgery. Normal sized shirts fit me now. I never thought that I would be raving about a Dr and his staff so much, but they took a routine procedure and turned it into an easy, and pleasant experience, yes pleasant. They recovery was quite easy. The whole experience felt like it had a bit of a spa experience. I rarely take the time to submit reviews but I had to do this for all the women who are scared, or nervous to take that next step, do it, it's worth it, you will be so happy when it's done. The only thing I wish I had done was take a before picture, I thought I wouldn't want it.....but I do.

I had a breast reduction at the end of July with Dr Ratanshi. My experience with him and the clinic have been great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and concerns. I broke out into a rash a week later and at the follow up he referred me to doctors that were familiar with the issue. Rash has cleared since and healing is going exceptionally.

Dr. Imran Ratanshi performed my breast reduction surgery a month ago and I feel amazing. The recovery time was unbelievable and his staff has continually checked up on me to make sure I am still doing well. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering this surgery. He is honest and very helpful, provided all of the information I needed to make decision regarding my surgery. I feel like it's one of the best decisions I have ever made for my confidence. Dr Adrian lee is the best surgeon . I got tummy tuck & liposuction done . Recovery & results are amazing staff members Audra & nurse were so accommodating & helpful . Highly recommend.

After a ton of online research I chose Dr. Adrian Lee at The Plastic Surgery Group to do my eyelid surgery, Dr. Lee understood what I was hoping to achieve while talking me through what he felt would suit my Asian eye structure the most and addressing my concerns with earnest. My eyelid surgery was done a few months ago the consultation was reassuring, the procedure was very comfortable and the positive result was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone! He is extremely competent and his staffs are excellent. After the surgery I not only can see well also my eyes looked very nice and better than I expected. I was delighted with the experience resulted.

Dr. Imran Ratanshi is an amazing person and surgeon. I had a lower face lift/neck life. There was some unforseen complications. They were not related to his knowledge or skill but an occasional occurrence that sometimes happend with this type of surgery.Although not his fault, he took immediate accountability and immediately planned to correct the issue. I was worried that I would have to pay more money but this was not the case. The intended results are amazing. Support staff great as well! Thank you so very much.
