Great crew in our post office who always make the extra effort to get the mail delivered. Lori is a huge asset to the community and the post office. Always a smile and very helpful. Thank you for your work!

All the staff provide respectful, diligent service despite staffing shortages. It's a pleasure to go and visit there each and every time.

This staff is dealing with an increasingly large number of parcels with limited space and still manage to provide very good customer service. They are also accommodating and will take the necessary time to address the customer's needs.

Excellent service every time. Even when they’re understaffed and overworked, always greeting us with smiles and helping out. Love coming here!

Had lovely customer service today from a worker on the phone. She was quite bubbly and so incredibly helpful. If I could remember her name. Thank you so much for your help!

While the customer service has been great, at the very least cordial on their worst days. My experience was not so great, after being waitlisted to get a PO Box for 6 years I finally got a box and had my box for almost 4 years without any mention of a box renewal until recently they closed my box, changed the lock and gave it to a summertime worker without even calling me. I was told that there was a notification put in my box which I hadn’t checked in awhile I’ll admit but why is this the first I’ve heard of it in 4 years? And why no call? “There’s too much turnover here for us to call” I feel like this is a very poor way to treat people that have lived here for so long. Again I want to say that the customer service has been great but this kind of treatment is horrible. Phone call or automatic email notification or an automatic txt notification or even let people auto renew?…..I mean come on, 2022

Have lived here for over 30 years and always have had good service, even with newcomers working. They have staffing challenges like everywhere as it’s so expensive to live in this small town. However, must deduct 2 stars for limiting access hours to inside mailbox section some years ago due to a certain troubled person occasionally sleeping inside to keep warm when he couldn’t get a ride home (probably other ‘good’ reasons too). Locking box owners out at 5:30 pm daily causes significant delays in access to mail for working people and others, especially those who have to travel miles by boat or road to town. The hours for the locking door could be reasonably extended to 8 or 9 pm, or they could even develop a card tap system for box owners. Maybe even use a motion-activated security camera during closures. It could trigger a system to play loud obnoxious music for perceived offenders -:)

I always found the staff at the post office rather helpful and friendly. If anyone is having problems with tracking numbers not giving correct information about the delivery date, it should be known that it won't be accurate in Tofino. Especially for third parties like Amazon, the delivery date, is the date the package is transferred to Canada Post (most likely in Vancouver) and will be delivered a few days later. Just be patient, Tofino is a small town hours away from the nearest city - you won't get big city service out there. Relax, that's why you're in Tofino - get away from the hustle and bustle, it'll get there.

I work nights, and sent my girlfriend to pick up a parcel for me. I had hand written a note, gave my drivers ID and a copy of the shipping, thing. She was treated poorly at the post office. Lied to, and still no parcel. This post office needs to meet some sort of standard as it is horrible.
