Obtaining my mortgage wasn’t easy and Cyrstal made everything very easy.It didn’t matter what time of day I had a question Cyrstal was always there to get me an answer. If you are looking to buy or sell I recommend Cyrstal ‘hands-down!’ I have sold and bought houses in Brooks (ranging from $38,000-$350,000) with other realtors (kept searching for a good one) but now I would choose no one else. She does not sugar coat to take your business, she takes the most amazing pictures of your home to showcase your home the way it should be. Sometimes when you sell you wonder how viewings go, Cyrstal went far beyond my experience with realtors to get that feedback. She was always easy to get ahold of and gave you the time and attention to questions and feedback to the process that clients deserve. If you are looking to SELL don’t settle for an agent that puts up a sign, doesn’t return your phone calls, and just waits for the Buyer’s agent to get the job done (I have personally had a few of those in Brooks). Cyrstal will use every platform to draw buyers in and works her ‘butt’ off. I moved out of the area after I listed and Cyrstal gave me and my husband professionalism from a distance!! Cyrstal was AMAZING to work with. She was always super speedy to reply to my messages (even when they were at weird times of the day due to my work schedule!) She also had no problem setting up viewings for all the dumpy fixer uppers I loved so dearly! She would dream and conceptualized all my big ideas with me while we were checking places out.
