Good service, better than SAAQ regular office! Should Government create others mandatories; it is very helpful and efficient!

Always delay service, the office are not fast enough

We were there without appointments because since the last update the system its not like before.We came here and the guy at the front that he called him self BOSS.We are waiting out side in the cold while the is place in side.Very bad service very bad service client.And he said im the boss if you dont like it its my way that works hereHis Name Andre

So fast and accommodating. The clerks are also really nice.I came here after waiting almost 2 hours at another saaq who’s line never moved. At this one, I was in and out within half an hour. A thousand percent recommend!

I am at location 798 Bd du Curé-Labelle, Laval, QC H7V 2V3.The men at the entrance is extremely rude. He left us outside waiting at the cold without carrying. Even though there was more than 5 people already left the place, he didn’t let us in.I understand the place is full. After 5 people that got out of the local, i went in and ask if he can let us in, that have been waiting for long and it is very cold and more than 5 people already got out…he literally screamed: “ i do not care if you are cold, i put the rules here, i am the boss”People like this should not work at places like this… honestly, where is the customer service? What happened to kindness and being polite?

I had the most wonderful experience here. The woman who assisted us was incredibly kind, informative and polite. The transaction included one French speaker and one English speaker and the lady seamlessly addressed us both with no problem. I commend them for the great customer service, it’s very rare.
