Country Pantry/Bloomin Attic

Nice shop, packed with interesting items. Unfortunately, I was looking for antiques as I found the place advertised online as being an antique shop. There were no antiques.

I,m looking for a link to FB to leave a review, but I just can,t seem to find one, so I hope this will be fine and help others!!!After a brief search online for a description of the town of Unity and services available, The Country Pantry website gave me a super idea!!! Our son works all over the province and just happened to be on a work assignment and staying in Unity. Not only do we always research the areas he is in, but it was his birthday and he would be stuck three provinces away from home!!!Seeing that the Country Pantry had a cafe and fresh baking, I called to see if they were able to make up a gift basket.....aw....but they said they do not deliver!! :(After I explained the situation, they were more then happy to help me!My next chore was to call the Motel our son was staying at, confirm he actually was there and tell them, MOM gives them permission to put the gift basket directly in his room when it was delivered!! Everything went according to plan, and our son was extremely surprised....and I am sure I put a smile on the faces of those that helped me and had to listen to my story!!I,m hoping he has time while there to pop into the shop, as I know there's a few things I would love to have!!!If not, maybe another time!!!!Thank you to everyone that helped from so far away, and hats off to small towns!!!!All the best from Ontario!!!!
