Asian guy at the lot “Make your mind up about parking for the gym” - what if I want to go to the gym + watch a movie too for discounted / free parking? His English isn’t great so not sure if he meant to be rude. If so, then this review is here for him; if not then disregard! Either way I’ve done my part :)

This is a convenient place to park but I would like to see a weekly rate with in and out privileges for guests visiting the apartments at 44 Charles St W, above the Manulife centre. The 24 hour rate has recently gone up.

The securities in this building is EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. The rule to get parking validated during weekdays before 6pm is $50 of purchase. I bought two VIP movie tickets (each worth $19.99). Then I bought around $15 worth of popcorn and water. So my purchase fits the requirement. The white woman at the desk saw my good transactions, and asked for the movie tickets receipt. While I was retrieving it from my phone, she interrupted and asked me to “just put the ticket in the machine”. After the machine gives back my ticket, I doubled checked with her by asking “has the ticket been validated?”, and she said “Yes”. However, at the exit gate, I was still charged with $25, which is the daily maximum. I cannot accept being tricked like this. What does it offer her by deceiving me like this? I will NEVER TRUST manulife securities again.

It was particularly tricky to find the entrance especially if you are not familiar with the area. It is also very expensive - but comparable to nearby parkings. I feel more secure with these types of parking garages compared to parking on the streets. Even if it is expensive, you can validate your parsounted price if you watch a movie in the Cineplex.

Super expensive and crowd. P3 always close so not too many parking tolls. Spend min $50 at retail stores to get 2 hours free parking. $4 per 20mins, $12 per hour, $25 per day. Retail stores exclude cinema or restaurants

Pretty expensive but convenient as you can walk (it is attached) to the Holt Renfrew Centre across. Have access to EatalyNicer parking and feels safe

very deceiving, there was sign at concierge which i knew i should’ve taken a picture of. it said that you can get parking comped as long as you enter before 10 am to leave by 12 pm. i parked at 9:52 am and left at 11:12 am. security kept arguing with me, i also spent money at Eataly. i was in rush to head home, so paid the $16 - absolutely awful.

This garage has just raised their daily rate to $25 while construction is still fully underway both in the Manulife Centre and the garage itself. Where is the value added? The construction has noticeably limited the number of spaces available, and has made this garage as much of an obstacle course as the shopping mall above it. And now they want us to pay more, before work is finished? Bad move, Impark. I’ve been parking here for 15 years and will not be back. Outrageously poor judgement at a time where Manulife Centre needs loyal shoppers to keep coming, not to get annoyed and to turn away. The assumption seems to be that by “thinning the herd” with this price increase, they’ll get more discerning shoppers who certainly can afford the price. Wrong again. The most discerning shoppers will always care about the price, and they care about value, too. Just because someone can afford to get gouged doesn’t mean they’ll sign up for it.

-the good: looks like a modern and safer parking compared to similar buildings in downtown Toronto. It's in the same building of a lot of shops and restaurants (convenient if you go to Eataly or another shop within the building).-the bad: prices for parking here are super high, so expensive that, if it's an option, I would recommend parking on the street, somewhere around (within 4-5 blocks away) and walking here. It's nice to walk around this area anyway. In summary: be prepared to pay a lot of money for parking, A LOT!
