Splash Pools

I would highly recommend doing your research with this company. There aren't enough reviews to go by. This company is not reliable. They have been taken to court and found liable for their unprofessional work and sadly we are left with an unprofessional pool. As new owners to a pool, the situation was stressful, we wished we never installed a pool. The worst part was explaining our concerns with customer service at the first meeting. That was important to us and unfortunately the project had numerous delays, attitude, missing material, unorganized booking and work done not discussed and confirmed with and in the end they leave you hanging. Beware.

I can't say enough about my experience with Splash! My pool and patio is exactly what I envisioned. The entire project was completed in a timely manner in spite of weather related delays - clearly not within the realm of the contractor's control! Any and all questions I had were promptly and professionally responded to and the orientation session greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this contractor if you're considering your own back yard oasis!

Great work in a timely manner. Had our pool done many years ago and service is still outstanding. Highly recommended!

We have a 25 year old pool that needed some repairs. We had new steps and a liner installed. The work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the results. The price we paid for the work to be done was very reasonable. Great staff. Thanks Tim, JP & crew

We are enjoying our first season as first-time pool owners. The guys were very friendly and easy to get along with. This was helpful to my family because we had no prior pool experience. Remember, putting in a pool is a major project and no project goes perfect. That is just unrealistic! I will be honest and say that there were a few minor issues, but Splash Pools stood behind their work and offered excellent customer service. I feel like we built a relationship, not just a partnership through the project and that relationship built a trust and confidence in their work. Throughout the project they came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do, at a reasonable price. What else could you ask for? And besides that, the pool looks great!

We put a pool in this year with Splash. We decided a split job would ensure we had an operational pool for the warm months. We had them dig the hole and put up the frame of the pool in late November. Then as soon as they were able to finish the cement in the spring they did. It was a horrible spring for outdoor construction (seemed like it rained every day) but they still managed to keep their promise and have us swimming by May 24 weekend. I highly recommend having them work in fall and spring, you won't be concerned about timelines as you are not wanting to swim in cold months. Communication was sufficient, not amazing, not terrible. I come from a construction background and let the pros do their work. The final project is better than expected. Clearly with major construction like this there will be issues along the way, Tim did an amazing job problem solving. The price of our pool came in $15 000 less than we expected which was nice! At the end of the season I had a small issue late on a Friday night, ( leaf related with equipment) I called Tim and he walked me through the process to fix the issue! If I were to put in another pool I would not even think of calling another company.

We called a LOT of companies trying to find someone who could add a cement beach entry onto our already existing vinyl-lined pool. Many didn't get back to me at all or recommended other companies who already weren't getting back to me and Splash was the only one who would even come out to do an estimate. We sat down and talked about what our vision was and Tim and JP were very helpful at giving suggestions for what would work best for our situation (we wanted to make the pool as dog friendly as possible). Things got delayed lots due to a wet Spring but by early summer we were enjoying our pool and it was a total hit with our dogs. JP gave some really cool options like a design in the beach entry (we obviously chose a paw print) and even a glitter sealant on the paw print to add a really cool finishing touch. We are really happy with how it turned out and highly recommend Splash.
