Cloud Nine Training School for Dogs

Dawn really knows her stuff, and her facility is spacious, clean, and has high-quality equipment. I've taken two obedience and one agility class at Cloud 9, and they have all been extremely helpful. If you can have patience with yourself and your dog and stay committed to training, it is soooo worth the effort. And I can think of no better place to help you on your journey than Cloud 9.

I recently brought my puppy here for puppy social hour and we loved it! For the first half participants sat on the floor while our puppies ran around and played. For the second half we put our puppies back on their leashes and did a variety of puzzles and physical challenges like tunnels and balance balls. My puppy had a blast and was sooo tired afterwards. I loved getting to pet all the puppies!

I wish it was easier to hear the trainers here but we absolutely love our puppy class with Candace. The lessons are good but what is extra valuable is all the specific tips and attention she gives each owner. Recommend for pet parents. Bring tons of treats and a hungry dog to training. Highly recommend the puppy socialization time for dogs under 16 weeks as well.

We absolutely love this school. Dawn is amazing and has helped to develop our pup into an amazing dog. We continue to do classes well after basic puppy training as it is important to keep working towards better developing your dog.

Week four of six training for my 4 month old puppy. The training is fantastic and the lessons are easy to repeat. Makes getting a puppy so much easier. Dawn is well versed in the training and makes it easy to learn for the humans as well. Very pleased.

Though the facility is nice I'm not in love with the obedience classes. I feel there are three or so too many dogs for the space and our trainer doesn't really explain any of the psychology of the dog and why certain things are done the way they are. It's a solid course if you are just looking for technique, but a bit shallow id you truly want to understand why things are done in a specific way from the dogs perspective.

I Attended a few classes here with my girlfriend and our dog. Not a positive experience for us. I don’t recommend.

I signed up for the Obedience 1 class with my 4 month old dog, Hazel. The instructor for the class was Dawn. The class was excellent. On the way to the first class, Hazel got sick, as well as in the way home. Rather than push her to go and possibly condition her to vomit with future car rides, I went to the remaining classes by myself and did the work at home. The instructor sent a recap email for the first 5 out of 6 lessons. This was so helpful too because it helped me to remember the finer points of the lesson and included a video link of Dawn working with her dogs a behaviors covered in the lessons. My sister goes to another training school that doesn’t have email recaps and videos to refer to. That’s unfortunate. I loved this about Cloud Nine. Dawn has years and years of experience training dogs too. Her own dogs are amazing. I loved the class and plan on continuing soon!

Just had our first obedience class. Awesome facility, great teachers, very nice people. Love the fact that they have lots of programs and paths to go with your dog. Happy to be getting training here.Edit: our dog Kota just completed obedience 2. Really happy we chose to go with cloud nine. Obedience 1 is a must for dogs wanting to move onto obedience 2 because obedience 2 builds on what is learned in obedience 1. I also LOVE the great detailed emails we get after each class that you can review. Homework is key and it helps solidify the class training. The facility is awesome. Will be taking more classes here
