I came in for a touch up hair cut and bang trim with Aimee. It was my first time with her and she did a great job! They offered me tea, coffee and water which was a nice touch. The design inside is chic and everything is clean which also made me feel at ease. I felt very taken care of! I definitely recommend and will be going back.

I had a really good experience at COBIA. They are pretty new but they have an amazing collection of care products and customer service. The aura of the salon is really great. Debra was really skilled and I loved the haircut. The price is pretty good too. She also helped me with general information related to how I can take care of my hair and every other query I had related to my hair.

I took my teenaged daughter here and she had stylist Katharyn. She was really happy with her experience and loved her cut and layers. Katharyn was very friendly and professional. She will definitely use her again for her future hair needs. The other girl at the till was also very friendly.

Great team that greet you with smiles and are happy to help with the large variety of products they have! They know their stuff! When I got my hair cut my hair stylist was easy to talk to and while I was shopping I noticed the same with others around! It’s a beautiful store and they make you feel at home with their lounge area, where you can stay refreshed! It was worth the drive out that way!

I went in for a haircut and it was listed as $52 when I booked it and that’s what my cousins paid and they had a wonderful experience with Catherine so I decided to go as well. But my experience was completely the opposite of them. The stylist cuts my hair and is like its going to be $70+ taxes. I was shocked but whatever. Then she asked me how I wanted them styled and I told her waves. After she’s done drying my hair, she’s like I can do the waves but it’s going to be extra $15. It was very disappointing to be there and have my first experience go completely sideways at this place. I was out in 35 minutes not to forget. Wouldn’t go again.

Beautiful salon, so bright and clean. I was greeted right away, escorted to their lounge, offered a coffee or water. My hair cut was with Rod and he always does just what I ask, and in a timely manner. Lots of parking and great location.

Navie is the best stylist there!! He is extremely professional, and kind. I definitely recommend for any hair service. He coloured and styled my hair exactly like what I wanted it to be. The front desk noor was really kind and professional! Overall a great experience

I got the deep conditioning done by Aimee today and I have to say I really liked her service. This was my first time at COBIA for any service and I enjoyed the whole experience- thanks Aimee for giving me time to understand my requirements, explaining me different treatments offered by you, showing me all the products you used for me , explaining me how they are going to work on my hair and being patient with kids too. I would definitely go back for more services and recommend them to my friends. Wish I had taken my before and after service picture to add here :)

My haircut from Deborah was great! She really took her time and my hair was very long, so lots to cut! I'm very happy with my cut. I booked online and managed to get in the next day. It said it would take an hour and it took exactly an hour. I will be going back to her next week for a color.
