Outstanding service from Mike at Dalzells’s. Second to none really. He kept me updated every step of the way and had my car fixed and returned within the same week of drop off. The best part was picking up a fully detailed car after the repair. What a wonderful courtesy surprise that was!!I highly recommend doing business here. The owner Todd takes an incredible amount of pride in his shop and his team. Great experience despite unfortunate circumstances.

Got quoted 4000 for brake job which I ended getting done for 1250 somewhere else they said I needed calibers which I did not the guy up front was kind and really nice and the facility is well kept but someone got something wrong in the back end thats all I know

I got excellent service at a fair price, and they managed to squeeze me in on short notice when they already had a full schedule. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here in the future for any maintenance and repairs.

My first experience with Dalzell’s was when I needed an emergent tire patch. The hole in my tire was too close to the wall to patch. The crew assisted me and waited until I returned with my summer tires and swapped them all over for me. Same day service with lots of communication and suggestions for repairs. I felt that they adequately explained everything to me without leaving out any details.My second experience was even better. I required an out of province inspection, and they did all the work for me, including the request forms! I asked if they could fit me in that day, and the answer was that they were too busy. I made an appointment and when their schedule changed that day, they notified me immediately and serviced me that same day! My vehicle did not pass because of my windshield. While the repair could not take place that day, they scheduled me in for the repair and worked with me on processing the payment and did amazing work.This will forever be my “go-to” place. Any questions I have are answered with full transparency and I find myself being educated with every visit.Thank you Dalzell’s! Pleasure to work with you.

I called dalzell’s because I was having the check engine light on in our car. I explained to them the previous work I had done myself and explained what was going on with the engine still. They worked with our timeline and our schedule and diagnosed our car properly and explained every test and dollar amounts they performed and were able to solve my issue in no time. Very happy with this shop. BONUS, they even detailed our car on the inside and fixed a minor issue with the power seat on drivers side. Very honest mechanic shop and very understanding! 5 stars to you dalzell’s automotive team!

Mike was very thorough and helpful. Cost me an arm and a leg after all the work he did but my car will be in good shape for a long time thanks to him. I also appreciated the time he took to explain everything and even on the invoice it was quite detailed as to what work was done. I'll always take my car there now, oil change, maintenance or repairs, they have my trust!
