Using Chuck It was a great experience. I needed to get rid of an entire truckload of junk from our basement so that we could show our house to a prospective buyer. Brad and Ryan showed up exactly on time and carried everything out of our basement very quickly and efficiently. No mess, no hassle. Just friendly, professional, competent service. Austin and Mike came out for their last appointment of the day (4:00pm-6:00pm). Not only was it late, it was raining the entire time they were getting the junk out of my yard. Austin was very professional and gave me a quote within minutes of showing up. Once we agreed he and Mike got to work and got everything taken out, which consisted of 13-14 hay bales, a queen mattress and box spring and a bunch of junk next to my shed. The straw was heavy getting in here but even heavier soaked with rain. These guys got the job done, no fuss, no issues, fairly priced and it was very appreciated. I am so relieved to finally have the old, gross hot tub that came with our home gone!! And so quickly and painlessly. Brad and his team of 2 other men were all very kinda and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I could it was one of the guy's first times removing a hot tub and it was refreshing to overhear Brad walking him through how to do it step by step and stressing safety along the way.
