$5 sent straight to the garbage. I ordered a Red Velvet cupcake to enjoy during my break, and was given a fully frozen cupcake. When I complained about it, I was told: Oh yes, you’ll have to wait at least 20 minutes if you want to eat it. The staff didn’t care to informed me in advance, and didn’t care when I complained about it . Terrible!

Best red velvet cupcakes I’ve ever had. All of their cupcakes are amazing.Great for any occasion or even just to pick up one as a treat.

Okay place. They used to be better but lately the cupcakes are kinda dry. Maybe not fresh although they seem to bring them out from the back. Worth a try still.

If you're from NY this place is a mix between Crumbs and BakedByMelissa in terms of vibe and the types of cupcakes they offer. They have a bite-sized 12 pack that is an assortment of flavors. I got the normal size Vanilla Caramel Cupcake and it was delicious! Very moist, great flavors and fillings and nice size for the price. I stayed and ate it so it was also served with a cute glass dish and a spoon. They also have ice cream here so if you want to add a scoop on the side go for it! Loved this.

Five stars for your amazing cupcakes. Only 3 stars for ordering on your website. Took days to get my confirmation, and then I had to pick up the cupcakes at a different location.

I ordered a dozen cupcakes (great variety) online, they were ready the following day, the woman was very polite with a smile and a thank you. During these times with all the stress, these little gems were perfect to lift spirits on a birthday where family can not get together. Thank you!!!

We ordered cake from this bakery for my son 2 Birthday.Vanilla cake - Grey inside, rare and I can’t cut it’s so hard . Cake is most important for a kids party, this disgusting cake ruined our kids party. SHAME on you. Unfortunately I don’t have time to come and make that cook eat this cake in front of me. Shame on you guys - You Knew this cake was for a kid's birthday party. Your branding" packaging - I can't even discuss

I'm not from MTL, but I was there for my birthday, and WOW it was terrible birthday, worst of my life so far & I wasn't with most of my friends or family either. In the late afternoon, I realized I needed a cupcake and I needed to blow out a candle. Celebrate a little. I found this place, and walked over. Turns out, you get a free cupcake on your brithday so I didn't have to pay. Even better, they have candles for 35 cents. I got a chocolate cake with rainbow sprinkles, and a candle to blow out all for 35 cents. It's silly, but that was the highlight of a very, very hard day. It didn't negate that, but I have so much love for this random shop that let me smile and celebrate so easily amidst an incredibly stressful, exhausting, and unhappy day. Thank you.
