They do the best with what they have. My son was turned away at 7:30ish as well, and it is very upsetting, but I can understand the rationale.Make sure to get there as early as possible if your child needs to see a doctor. The receptionists are nice, they just have a tough job when it means turning people away, there is only so much they can do!The doctors are great, and actually ended up taking my son as a patient.

Unbelievable! I showed up @ 745pm with my 9 day old child and she had a fever. Was told they aren't taking anybody because they closed at 8pm. There was nobody in the waiting room at all.. Just selvish not to see a new born because they were coming close to closing time. Shame on you guys.

Despite of some reviews i today had to go in with my 6 year old who was having ear pain from a cold that she is battling. She listened to my concerns checked throat and ears. She knew right away my baby girl had an infection. Overall she seemed kind and professional. I was in and out within 5 to 8 minutes. Everyone's experiences are different you will never know until you go. My overall experience today was great.

South London Children's After Hours Clinic
I came here today with my 5 year old who has pneumonia and a ruptured ear drum from a middle and outer ear infection. His ear is oozing pus and blood. We came just over an hour before they closed and they refused to see my son. The front desk was less than helpful when asked if there was another clinic open. She didn't listen to me, or care that my son has had a high fever for 5 days and was visibly in pain and miserable. I understand they can only do so much, but when a child has a health issue with his lungs, ear, and sinuses a little compassion can go a long way

Doors are still unlocked, website says open till 8pm. Turned away at 730 and told they aren’t taking anymore patients yet on the phone they were telling another patient that if you are registered before 8pm you will be seen. We were turned away and told to go sit in emerg...for strep which basically means 4 hours min. Like the other reviews state, front desk staff is rude, very unfriendly.

The doctor, Gadde was very RUDE. I'm not sure if she had a bad day but that's still no excuse for her additude and when she spoke to the kids she showed no respect. If you come across this doctor and your child giggles when she does a check up on your kids heart make sure they don't giggle because she will ask your child why are you laughing?" with a serious expression. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anybody unless in emergencies"

I show up there at 7-30 with sick child and there was one person waiting and nurse told us that they cant take us. I understand if it was a full clinic but i thought this was super unprofessional consider we are talking about 2 yr old.
