Excellent sales team in store. They have the time to explain things to you. Big changing room with mirror. Didn't get the first guys name who helped me but Adrian helped me fit my new Arai which I appreciated as I was nervous about getting the right fit.

Ordered three tyres on a Wednesday afternoon, the price was very competitive, postage was free and communication about my order was excellent.Tyres arrived the following Monday. Very pleased with the service and shall be using them again.Highly recommended.

Excellent service department. Fantastic fully stocked shop with great choice of motorcycle wears. Staff are brilliant with advice and fitting of helmets etc. TheVisorShop website is one of the best also.

The Visor Shop gave me literally a five-star customer service experience. Through my own incompetence I ordered an incorrectly sized Helix Turtle 2 Airbag Vest. I emailed them to ensure that I was able to get the size I need. I got an immediate response and had a great dialogue with them to ensure I did the return correctly and got a replacement. One person particularly who helped me was called Nicola. I'd highly recommend buying from them, especially when it comes to your safety and the cost of the vest. Well worth it.
