This pet store is great because of the staff. All employees of the store are very accommodating, they will special order what you can't get right away. They remember my dog and my dog loves them. They always have a treat for him and staff seem to really enjoy spending time with pets that come in.Overall the inventory is small but has everything you need from frozen to fresh food. The treats that they sell are fresher than the pre-packaged items. There is also a loyalty program for bags of food and other items.They also do events in store, such as free nail trimming or photos.

Love this place we get food that is not always widely carried. One day we were running late and they didn't have our dogs food. We didn't have time to get to the other location they called the mfg and confirmed an equivalent type and gave us the tiny bag for free to tide us over for the day. They care about their customers and saved the day they also regularly make suggestions for treats and toys that my dog has always enjoyed and never upset her stomach.

This is my go to pet store. I believe in preventative healthcare and they stock really high quality brands like rawz which actually donates profits to charity. They also carry really good holistic alternatives like adored beast which is way better than the fortiflora shlock vets dole out. They give case discounts and even deliver over a certain fee. I love that they take special orders as my kitty loves Stella and chewys raw rabbit kibbles which seemed to be a rare commodity. They were really apologetic about the supply shortage even though they didn’t have to be because it wasn’t their fault! All workers are pet lovers which helps because you know they have the best intentions of your pets when helping you pick products!

Incompetent owner who can't set reasonable return policies. It is good when you buy from them for hundreeds of dollars a year but if your pet is gonne they won't take anything back.

Staff is always helpful and interested. Good selection of treats and toy choices for dogs. I have been able to eadily return unopened items and was even allowed to return an unused harness that was too small without all the packaging.

This is the only store in the KW-area that has Feline Natural cans. They carry Ziwi as well.

I left a message and did not receive a call back. Second time recently.I was unable to order my dog food online because the specific kind wasn’t listed on your website even though it is in your store.

I don't know who the lady was the very first time I went there but she put me off so much I wouldn't go back to this store. She was rude. I would make the drive to Cambridge to purchase my dogs food.In a rush one day decided to give this place another try. New Friendly staff there. Was a much nicer experience.

Staff were nice, but a little overwhelming. One of the staff members kept following me around the store trying to convince me to switch my dogs food (which they don’t carry), even after I said my dog does well with the food she’s one and I wasn’t looking to switch. At one point I was trying to look at their items for rodents, and the staff member stood directly in front of what I was trying to look at. I also felt as though she was implying that what I feed my dog isn’t good enough, and felt really uncomfortable being pressured to try a different brand. I also had an employee get on the floor to examine my dog’s neck because she thought she saw something wrong, and it looked like she was trying to find evidence that my dog’s prong collar was hurting her. Overall it just felt like the staff were being outwardly kind, but also judgemental at the same time. Everything was also like $10 more than what they cost at others stores, and their overall selection isn’t great. I don’t think I will be visiting this location again any time soon.

Love this location. Great staff that are welcoming and there’s always a great selection of everything you need for your pet.
