Since moving in recently I have been pleased with the building and my apartment; although there are some renovations currently underway I have had no problems and all appliances and plumbing are in working order. The management has also been informative and helpful through and through.

Excellent service by Rocky. Very happy with his professionalism, performance. It feels, rental agents at Hazelview have many buildings (tens or hundreds of units ????) to manage. They do miracles" to make it happen. All ended up as discussed and promised. I would recommend Rocky at to anybody."

What you should know about 2050:This is not the place to rent from. You will have your packages stolen (no security system in place), neighbours playing music at all hours (no complaint taken seriously), elevators broken, endless cockroaches, broken dishwasher for 7 months, maintenance that is rude and unfriendly and tells you to “do it yourself”, and so much more. The only pro is the location. You’ll be paying high increases every year and won’t see any change, nor be able to get any help you need. Much happier after moving to a nicer building and management company.
