Awesome staff, HUGE selection of flooring and bricks, blocks, pavers and more! Highly recommend!!!!

We ordered a large order of engineered hardwood from them, through our contractor. It came in a reasonable amount of time, we were happy with the product, but the shop recalculated the amount of flooring we needed and we had a surplus of 8 boxes of unopened flooring. They refused to take it back even with a restocking fee. He got very angry with our contractor and said in the fine print on the bill of sale no returns. He was not professional with this interaction, and he should've been forthcoming with the no return policy at the time of purchase. In turn costing us a few grand in extra material. I Would not recommend.

We use skytouch for all of our paving stone and retaining wall installs, amazing selection, amazing prices and amazing staff! I highly recommend going to see Ben and the rest of the skytouch team!

Ben, Trish, and their team are great. I own Nailed It! Landscaping and we only use SkyTouch for our paving stones and retaining wall blocks. If I need it, they get it for me.

After being held hostage for 2 months at End of the roll, we got our money back and came to SkyTouch. Nicole was quick on making quote and checking inventory. They are here to help you ...not to hold you up there for hours with never ending sales pitch. They are the fasted to get inventory if they don't already have it in stock. It's the only flooring that has in stock" in town. They will not resale your pallet of flooring while you are waiting to have it installed...like the Discounted carpet place in town do. We purchase flooring and had it install all within a week. They have such a variety of product and knows their business. We purchased what the insurance claim square footage measurer gave us. It was way way too much! Thankfully we were able to return and get a refund for the not open boxes of our vinyl planks. We will do business with them again."

Ben and staff at Skytouch set aside time for us to look at products and offered lots of great suggestions to help us put together our home package. They delivered when promised and went the extra mile for us in our new home. We will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.
