Awful service been with Tellus for many years but will not deal with the Tellus store in Landsdowne place ever again I’ll go to Best Buy like I did last year and just recently and walk out happy

More friendly as usual and it's helpful as possible was given a number to customer care to resolve an issue, call and was told it was over an hour wait! Wasn't prepared to wait over an hour. Customer service being a sensitive issue is not as well set out as it used to be. Sign of the times. Just like our liberal government.

Lindsay was an invaluable help to us. We needed a replacement phone since the reception on ours was so distorted that we couldn't always be heard. Lindsay listened attentively to our wants & needs & offered appropriate suggestions. We were able to purchase a phone that was in stock & got a great price. We ended up with a brand new phone to take home with us with 20Gb of data & for a cheaper monthly price! Hit and miss with this place. Some of the reps here are incredible and go out of their way to make sure you have everything. Other reps just want to get you in and out. Always have stock and are willing to chat.

Stephanie the store Manager was so helpful in getting us switched over from Bell. Some how bell managed to lose a 25 year customer over some nonsense about not being able proceed a transfer because they to busy handling new customers for Black Friday sales. Wow to busy to help your loyal customers. Kudos to Stephanie and her team. They all deserve a raise ;)

Not impressed with this stores customer service , I’ve Been a customer for 10 years and as soon as there seemed to be an issue with the account authorization instead of trouble shooting or helping to resolve the issue I was dismissed with obvious attitude from the sales rep . She immediately became uninterested in my business... so I walked over to the bell store and switched carriers . Much friendlier staff and better offer for a new phone and plan.
