Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I usually don't mind this gas station on my way to work. They are usually priced well for a highway gas station. They need to maintain their tire inflator better, the gauge doesn't move to tell you the tire pressure. That is super annoying in the morning on my way to work. It's also a waste of change!

Always an issue with the car wash. They don't honor there own policy. Make an issue when the car wash doesn't clean properly. This has happened to me twice. Sometimes the soap from car wash is correct other times it is not. When you complain they make a big issue about it. It is better to go to another location. Esso across the street doesn't have these problems. Possibly the owner is personally paying to maintain the car wash which make wonder about the gas.

I have always bought cartons of cigarettes at the location, there is one person that has attitude towards me everytime I encounter with Reema, very unprofessional not sure if Reema is happy with her job, this is going on for months, first of all I went to purchase a carton of cigarettes today, she told me she has none right of the get go, so I asked to buy one pack, she lied and denied she has any, so Reema sold me the carton afterwards when she pulled out the drawer they had plaently, called her out on her bluff then after I asked for a bag, she told me she had none, very poor customer service, should take time to read on customers expectations, it's only a gas station, Reema you won't find a better job with your attitude, lack of customer service.My advise to you Reema is to read on customer relation, snap out of your sour attitude. I am going to reach out to Petro Canada directly, Reema makes people upset, probably gets a kick out of this.I would like to speak to the owner about Reema interaction, she needs to help customers not turn them away or put them down.

Very old car wash, did not clean the car properly.

The gentleman behind the counter was very kind courteous & pleasant. The bathroom was very clean & well stocked.

Have been using car wash and this “जोबन “ Guy in the night started shouting on the front car and we two had to take car back as he refused to come out and also said even if come in i will not give you any car wash even if their machine is not working.Never coming back to fuel up here

I bought at $50 dollar gift card from this Petro Canada location. Hours after I bought it, the card was used across the city at another location by an unknown person. My card was empty, head office provided me points to get another gift card. The manager of this location could not of cared less when I called him. You have been warned if you buy gift cards from this location, dont be suprised if it's a scam., and your card is empty by the time you use it, or give it to someone.

I always love filling up my tank here before heading home. It’s almost never busy no matter what time of day and it’s very accessible right beside the 410. They have everything you need before you jump on the highway. Gas, windshield washer fluid, a top up on your oil or other fluids as well. Their car wash is touch and go sometimes. It sometimes leaves my van with some dirty spots. However, they have always honoured the rewash ticket and allowed me to go through again. One super bonus that I love at Petro Canada is, they are the first to re-introduce the little catch on the handle so you don’t have to hold it.

Not a good experience. I went for car wash today (Jan 07,2014) with my Petro Canada Car wash card. The car wash was closed. I asked the girl at the counter to issue me a ticket for the future as per policy. First she argued with me rudely and then called a guy (I guess the owner). He argued with me too to find some other locations to wash. When I mentioned that it's the Petro Canada Policy; then the girl start telling me that the rule is changed for 2014 as new year new rules. I asked them to give me in writing these rules and I will contact Petro Canada; then they changed the subject and after 5 minutes of argument gave me the ticket which is expiring within a day which I checked later after getting home. If I have a car wash card good for 90 days, then how this extra ticket would compensate me while I can get the car wash every day with the card? At other place in Bolton, in the past they have issued me ticket which was valid for 6 months when their car wash was closed.I used to give business to this Brampton location in the past by filling gas and buying cigarettes for my Dad, but from now on I would not go to this station and would not give me them a single dime business. Now they can save their one car wash ticket for the cost of future business.
