Action Extraction entire team were very professional, friendly, trustworthy and great to have in our home. They did an incredible job and done in a timely manner. I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to write this review and hope it helps people in their time of need.if you ever need any help with plumbing, flooding or water damage, you have! to call Charles. and he will pick up the phone) he is professional, knowledgeable and all around great person. He drove to the other side of town for me. I have used him 3 times and have never been disappointed.the people that work at Action Extraction are just great!!!. they ar kind, down to earth and know what they are talking about. I recommend Charles and his team to anyone.if you are in a time of crises, please sort hesitate call Action Extraction. I sis and it has been the best disjoin I have made when facing water damage issues.

Chuck and the Action Extraction team have helped us through two basement floods. They are quick responsive and very professional. They worked very well with our insurance company to make sure everything was done properly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if you have the need for these types of services.

If anyone is in need of water extraction and clean up of flooding please contact Action Extraction. We have had 3 basement floods and have had 3 different companies that did a major cleanup. The companies were one private, ServePro and Action Extraction. Of the three companies used Action Extraction did the most through job of emptying out our cluttered basement, sanitizing it, replacing flooring and putting everything back without damaging anything excluding our massive wine and liquor collection. Of all the companies that we have dealt with over 30 years, we never trusted anyone as much as Action Extractions entire team. Chuck and Dan and all the workers could not of been more honest and great to work with. We would never use another company to deal with water issues.

We used Action Extraction in August 2021. We had flooding in our basement after a heavy rainfall due to rod holes in our basement walls. The company was very honest and reputable. Our clean up was done in a timely manner in order for us to get our basement back in working order. The owner Chuck is very knowledgeable and honest with everything he shared with us repair and cleanup- wise. I highly recommend this company!

We recently had a failure of our sump pump and also the battery backup pump. Of course, I didn't realize there was a problem until I went downstairs and found water coming up through a crack in the cement floor. Immediately I realized there was a problem with the sump pump and a quick check revealed that the water was about 1/8 from flowing over the top of the crock. The following day my wife began searching for a company to help with the cleanup as we discovered that a large area of the carpet in our finished basement was soaked. She found Action Extraction

They are the BEST in Metro Detroit. I had a sump pump failure that resulted in water in my basement. I had few companies inspect and give me an estimate and timeline for the work. Action Extraction turned out to be way beyond any of these companies in terms of their promptness and the quotes. And not only that, Chuck and Dan were very professional, patient with all the queries we had and helpful from day 1 to the end. They were very clear in expressing the issue and the plan on how they were going to fix it. After finishing the work, they cleaned up the area pretty good and also helped me fix the drywall and move some of the equipment back into the place. All in all, they clearly eased a stress full situation with a very smooth process and I would highly recommend this company for any flood restoration work. Chuck and Dan, thanks a lot.

We had a sub pump failure while we were in Florida flooding our finished basement. We called Action Extraction and the owner Chuck came right out. Chuck went above and beyond exceeding all our expectations! He explained how insurance companies work. He explained everything in great detail. He took care of everything while we were out of town. He answered our numerous calls quickly and efficiently. He reassured us while we were out of town. His Forman Dan was also knowledgeable, polite hard working and professional. I highly recommend this company!
