If you are looking for quality work, dependability and exceptional customer service, then contact VIP Pools. We needed our pool opened the next day. I emailed Rob on a Sunday night and he made arrangements to fit us in to his busy schedule. He called to let me know the job had been done. We have owned pools for the past 12 years and VIP Pools is by far the best opening we have ever had. The pool deck was clean, the tarps were rolled up and pool equipment neatly placed. When we started up the pool, there was a leak in the pump. We contacted Rob and he came the next day to fix it. We would highly recommend VIP Pools for all your pool and spa requirements.

I needed help right away .. I was hosting my grandfathers 85th bday party and my hot tub was broken. Rob came to my rescue and got it back in working condition before the party on super short notice. Thanks Rob !!

This is the second time that I have used this company for hot tub service. Both times Rob was very professional. The first time he came only days before Christmas. He repaired my hot tub, and his price was completely reasonable. Other companies may have gauged me knowing that I needed this done in a short window of time. Today, he came out to repair my hot tub, I thought it would need a significant repair, but he was able to service the tub. He was in and out in about 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for his time. He is extremely knowledgeable about hot tubs and is very honest about what needs to be changed and what doesn't really need replacing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest repair service for their hot tub!

We have been dealing with VIP Pools for over a decade now (opening and closing our pool every year, plus whatever is required in between).Always very reliable and great service.They recently replaced our liner and did a fantastic job. Very happy with the outcome.Highly recommend!!!
