We had an issue with our Gas Range. Brad replaced the cooling fan. He was punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with our experience with Community Appliance and recommend them!

Absolutely love the Community Appliance Staff. Always friendly and quick to assist when you have a question. Every time I've called I've received a fast response. I purchased a new gas convection last year and noticed the convection fan wasn't working. A tech has been dispatched and the best part.. they will arrive with parts so they can get me up and running. In the past when I've called other repair places they send someone out and then I wait.. and wait... till parts arrive and they can fit me in since I live outside of town. Who needs that? Community Appliance is my go to for all my appliance repairs. Friendly, Fast and Efficient. I appreciate those qualities in business.

You’ll want to read this review… our oven went on the fritz and won’t maintain temperature. We called a couple places to ask about repair options and kept getting quoted at least $80 for a call out. But when we reached Community Appliance, we were incredibly surprised to find out that the parts we may need aren’t even being produced any more! Yes, it’s an older oven but still, any cost for a call out would have been wasted!The folks at Community Appliance saved us time, hassle and wasted funds. This is the action of a business with integrity! We will only call on Community Appliance Parts & Service for our future needs!

Amazing experience. I had a dishwasher problem and I got an appointment next day. The repair person who came was Nat, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even showed me things I can check myself next time. 10/10

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly service. Had a glitch with my range after self-cleaning. Technician was great and had the oven up and running in no time. Extremely happy with the service , from the initial call to completion of job.

This is the first time I have used Community Appliance. I will definitely use them again! From my initial call onward, I found them knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My older clothes dryer needed repair and maintenance. Nat, their wonderful service tech - was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Thanks Nat - Great Job!

Wow, is all I have to say. I am the owner of Smooth Effects laser hair removal in Vernon. My dryer went down at the end of the day on Wednesday, and as you can imagine we cannot operate long without fresh towels so we were in a pinch. I phoned a few other appliance repair places in town and was getting very frustrated with the 1-2 week waits I was being quoted. I phoned Community Appliance at 5pm on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised to hear they would be able to call me in the morning with a time. They did even better than that! The technician showed up at 9 am and had my dryer up and running by 9:30 am. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing speedy and efficient service.

I had an excellent experience with the women on the phone and Gordie fixing my drier. 100% will call them again. This is exactly how a business should operate.

Excellent customer service. Right from the ladies that answer the phone to Nat that came out for the service call. Nothing but excellent service all around. We live in Lumby and that wasn’t a problem at all. I would highly recommend this company.

By far the best appliance repair shop in Vernon. Brad was amazing at his job, in and out in 15 minutes with a clean demeanour and work completed. My washing machine runs better now then when I bought the thing.... I even got an extra part in case the problem reoccurs. Brads a legend, ladies at the front desk are super nice, sweet and caring. 10 stars out of 5 for me!
