Over 1 hour late. No phone call to let me know that they were going to be late. I had to call them. When I called to cancel they didn't answer my call. Driver finally showed up 1 hr 10 min late. I turned him around.

Every time this company drives by my house in a residential area they use their Jake brake.. it's illegal and rude on the drivers part.. I can hear the truck coming down the lake for 10 kilometers speed up and slow down tailgating some poor old lady
