Dr. Arezoo Astanehe

the office staff were helpful for the most part over email, but over the phone came off as frustrated and seeming as if the call was inconveniencing them. i understand the circumstances being difficult, but i think its important to put issues aside while speaking to a patient, as a surgery already comes with a lot of potential anxiety. i am grateful for their help in everything, and the work they do, but i believe there is definitely a learning opportunity here. I would not want a difficult initial experience to dissuade anyone from chosing Dr Astanehe and missing out.That aside, Dr Astanehe was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end, a great surgeon, extremely friendly, and very reassuring the whole time. i am so glad i was able to arrange to travel so far, because i would not have wanted to miss out on the opportunity to meet and be treated by Dr Astanehe and her team. I would absolutely recommend her, and the staff at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Very accommodating, very helpful, and very professional through and through.

Dr. Astanehe is AMAZING! She is kind, patient and very informative. Best bedside manner and a pleasure to deal with.If you happen to be lucky enough to see her she is well worth the wait <3

Great Dr ,rude receptionist, lack or communication on appointments . amending as Dr Astanehe took care of her staff issue . She is a caring Dr ,and does great work .

Just got my carpal tunnel surgery on the right hand. Left hand was done 2 weeks ago, surgery went well and Dr.Astanehe was wonderful! Very caring, very patient with me, and most of all just a excellent plastic surgeon. She explained things to me as we went along. I would highly recommend Dr.Astanehe to anyone!! The staff at the office are very polite, and helpful as well. Thank you Dr. And the staff at the office.

Does not have appropriate training or time for there office times she does not follow the instructions she gives she tell people to show up at times that she puts and then does not call them for proper timing she tells them that there behind and you will have to come back this is not a responsible doctor she should be more on time with the office hour she is not responsible at all do not see her

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr Astsnehe was exceptional I was dealing with slot of pain and she called me on her day off. She's a very open and easy to talk to Doctor really appreciated her professionalism I felt at ease with her. Thanks

Dr Astanehe is one of the best Dr's I have ever dealt with. She listens, gives you options and is truly there for the patient. I cannot recommend her more!
