The staff were super friendly and helpful and they had exactly what I was looking for in stock!

The manager is horrible to staff and customers. She is very racist so be careful. Staff in the mall say it's well known as the least desirable place to work. It's not even worthy of one star.

I wish there was a 0 star to attach to my experience today. Because a 1 is far too much! I walked into the empty store which had 3 employees- my husband and I do not wear a mask anymore anywhere and when the lady barked at as from behind the desk to put a mask on, My husband I both replied we will go elsewhere to buy our shoes today. As we walked away ALL 3 ladies heckled us by loudly saying (omg can you believe that?” Oh shiiiiiit”, and loudly laughing that we could clearly hear as walking away all the way down the hall until the 6th store front. I went back and poked my head in and simply said “that is unccessary” and turned to again walk away and one of the clerks hollered “have a nice day” in a rude condacending tone” so we keep walking until a security guard that they called came within 10min escort US out?! Ok I was not rude when we chose to not purchase and not rude when I simply said unnecessary to stop them from being so rude. I was not stopped at any other stores from entering or purchasing. But I will say that the way they conducted themselves to customers I can tell you they will NEVER see a cent from our families or friends. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

Great shoes, but the service is always so bad. No one ever asks me if I need help, and they seem to always be shocked when I buy more than one pair of shoes. No thank you and barely even smiling...

Got great assistance in the store from Kenzie while looking for Birkenstocks. She was on top of pulling the appropriate sizes and helping me find the right fit and asked all the right questions regarding the style I wanted, the foot bed and colour etc.

Alissa was amazing! SUPER helpful and sweet! She helped me find not one but 2 pairs of shoes that I love for my very difficult to fit feet! Also fulfilled my dream of getting my first pair of Birks!

Helpful staff and a good selection.

1 staff member was pleasant, the other not so much! Actually quite rude, so much so that they lost my sale and I went somewhere else to make my purchase.
