Staff is amazing and very helpful. They are so great at ordering in albums they aren't carrying in store. I am so glad that they are going to be stocking used vinyl, as so many classic albums are no longer being pressed. It will be exciting to see how this store does, as the demand for music has never gone away, and it seems like this company understands that.

Great store and very good selection!

I have bought 100s of albums at many different outlets....but I strongly suggest avoiding this store at all COSTS. I bought two of my favourite records there, trying to support a local" business (I usually order online). Brought them home....Low End Theory skipped on the first song. I was super bummed

Don’t ever shop here. It’s terrible.I bought a record from here, and when I opened it fresh out of the jacket, it had stains and marks all over it and played very noisy.Even though I had my receipt, they would not let me get my money back, if exchange it for something else.They only offered to reorder me the SAME record, which I could not wait for, as I have moved to Los Angeles.They essentially stole $30 from me, then told me to get bent.On top of all this, they are ridiculously expensive; something they get away with because the majority of their customers are too stupid to know there are independent shops in town with nicer staff, way more records, and where every bit of product is 100% guaranteed.Sunrise is a corporate entity with a very bad business model.

Staff are very friendly & helpful & know their stuff! Quite professional & have store wide selection of awesome stuff. Always fun place to be!

Decent selection, always have new product and unique pressings. Overall a good store :)

The staff was incredibly friendly and a lot of fun. There are so many great things in the store, I easily could spend an hour or two just browsing. The atmosphere was light, fun, but also relaxing. There isn't loud music blasting, the lighting was nice and bright. Over all it was a good visit.

Brown haired woman who has worked there forever is always rude. I avoid the place because of her.

I ordered a record from here a while ago, and it took over a year for it to come in. I went back to ask them about it, and found out they never placed the order, but still charged me. Not to mention poor selection with abhorrent prices. 100 dollars for a Nine Inch Nails record is not worth it. If you want to buy a record, please go to another local shop! Fascinating Rhythm has amazing selection for cheap prices. 30 dollars a new record is so much better than what they have here.

Professional, friendly . This shop has a great selection of everything. It is reasonably priced. I like the staff. They excellent customer service skills
