Purchased a car from here a few months ago and had a smooth process. Before purchasing I confirmed that I would be able to get an antenna and a mirror piece that was missing from the car and one of the workers wrote it down on the paper to be fixed. I also asked for the old school purple tint to be removed as it was really difficult to see with, to which he also agreed and wrote it down. When I came a week later to pick up my car, it was exactly the same. I had to ask on the day of to remove the tint because I could not drive with it. He stated that the parts had not come in yet, something I knew he was lying about from the start but decided to let it go because I would be able to get it myself. He had no intention on getting those parts, he just wanted a sale. He said he would call when the parts came, but no call yet and I believe there will not be and that is why I am writing this review. I would have been okay with it from the start but instead they wanted to deceive a customer. I also asked if the alignment would be done and he stated it would be checked when the car will be safetied. However, the alignment is really off. I had my mechanic friend check it out and he had to refer me to a specialist due to how bad it was. I do not know who to blame for that but I feel lied and deceived with my money. The only reason this place got three stars was because of their quick responses and smoothness.
