Brossard Hyundai

Just bought my third car in 30 years, and for the first time at Hyundai in Brossard. This has been the best experience I have had while purchasing a car. The transaction was smooth and the people were nice and helpful. Thank you to Noah for the great service and recommendations.

Great place and great staff, I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Noah, one of the salesmen, honestly one of the best car dealerships services I’ve ever received. No pressuring, no annoying pushing, he was just really there to help me and I appreciated it a lot. It’s not something common these days.

Great experience buying our car. Everyone was very nice. However, we've gotten our car serviced and tires changed here many times since and although everyone is nice and service is done well, the WAIT TIME IS UNBEARABLE! Each time we show up early for our scheduled appointment but wait for HOURS! As I sit here writing this, I have been waiting 2h after my scheduled tire change appointment. What's the point of a scheduled appointment??Free muffins and coffee and a nice waiting area, only get you so far.Again, if you care about your time, get your tires changed elsewhere. My time is worth a lot to me, hence the 3 star review.Update: apparently they have a complementary shuttle service. The guy said he didn't tell me about it since I've been there before so I should have known. No one has ever told me about it until now....

Went with my girlfriend the other day as we are thinking of buying a car together in the near future, had to leave a review as the service provided by young man called Noah was EXCEPTIONAL! Was surprised by his knowledge and it didn't feel like we were pushed to make a purchase by some slimy car salesman.Will definitely be buying are car here when we are ready !

I came to the dealership to get new summer tires + a recall fix---- though I was surprised by how bad my brakes were that I was looking at $2000+ to fix it all...But I had an amazing service from Sandra Gilbert and got myself this new Hyundai Kona 2020 + $3000 as a trade in value from my old Hyundai Elantra 2013!Amazing and friendly, thank you again! Highly recommend for anyone interested in a new ride!

Well I am bummed. I had a good experience while leasing the car, however their service has a lot of room for improvements. I took my car today at 8:20 am for an oil change and to change my tires. They called me at around 3:58pm informing that my car is ready and the shuttle will pick me up. Once there, I waited more and finally got my car at 4:50pm.A few minutes later, the alert for my tires went off informing that one tire didn’t have enough air. I put some air myself at the gas station, but when I got back home, it was still deflating. My fiancé did it too in our garage and we heard air still coming out of the tire. It appears it wasn’t placed properly. When I called back, the girl on the phone, Clara, said she couldn’t do anything, that the mechanics left, that they are closing and that I should call CAA. I called the CAA and they said they can’t fix it but they can tow my car or put my spare tire. I called Hyundai again and asked if I can drop my car off at their place so they can look at it tomorrow. She said « we can’t guarantee we will look at it tomorrow, but you can call at 7:15 am tomorrow and see. Also our gates will close soon, so you can leave it outside our gates and drop the key in a secured box». I was annoyed because it doesn’t make sense that I leave my car on Taschereau and have it probably stolen nor does it make any sense to not confirm they will fix the tire. I had to ask her to take my name and number to put a note that something in their service didn’t go as planned. I didn’t spend hours without my car to spend a few more days without using my car because Madame can’t confirm whether they will fix it tomorrow or not. I spent 205$ and time away from work to finally be with a spare tire. Thanks!Attached, you will find the result of a 205$ service.————UPDATE:Sorry this was posted yesterday before I got back to your centre this morning-I’ve adjusted to 4 stars because this morning the service was great.I wish I took his name, but the guy at the service was very nice.He explained the situation in details to me and the following steps to rectify it. It appears there is a hole in my tire.Not sure, how that happened given that I have 16513km on my car after 2 years of usage.Anyhow, the man was nice (his name starts with M), and informed there will be new tires installed.He ordered a shuttle to take me back home until the tires are delivered and installed, which should be by the afternoon.Thanks !

Great experience looking around the other, unfortunately they didn’t have the particular model i was looking for (it’s the newest car) but it was out of stock. Noah was very helpful in terms of explaining the timelines.Can’t wait!!
