They replaced our countertops, backsplash and added a waterfall....all done in excellent quality quartz. This place went well beyond my expectations and will always garner my support for being one of the most professional and courteous business entity there is. The meticulous attention to detail coupled with years of experience and business sense transformed my kitchen into a wonderful piece of art...without breaking my bank.

I had a very good experience with Hong Fa. After over 50 hrs of research and visiting different suppliers and several visits to Hong Fa, I gave them the job of supply and fabrication. I never gave any deposit until all my questions were answered. I dealt with all their staffs at different times, Sofia, Emmy and Monica. They were patient, knowledgeable and professional. I watched the 2 installers closely while they were preparing the install. The cutting was done outside. It was nice the owner came soon after, to help and oversee the install as it took a whole day to complete. I used quartzite for both countertop and backsplash. Price was very good and fair. I liked that they are a hardworking Canadian family owned business. Workmanship was fairly good; unfortunately the installers may not speak enough English for some English-speaking customers. Always a good idea to have a family member or friend to help watch over any installation or deliveries for possible bangs or hits on your walls or doors.

100% best service and quality; responsive, fair, well priced and fast; extremely accommodating and patient; everything done professionally and well. Update on the counter and sink. Hong Fa installed the sink and faucet and said if there were problems she would have her guy come out. Six months later faucet is now turning and not staying in place. And I called Jenny to ask if her guy could come out and she said they were too busy and I should call a friend. So much for standing by your work. Jenny was very responsive and paid attention to detail. I had new granite countertops installed and she waited to get a smaller second slab so I wouldn’t have to pay full price for a second granite slab. Her workmen did a good job installing it and cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight haze on the granite because there was too much sealer but Jenny came back the next day with her worker and he removed the excess sealer. My granite countertop is stunning and I’m very happy with the results.

We got a quote over the phone based on rough measurements from by the owner for $1800 with installation and then I came in the next day to pick out the colour. The salesperson gave me a different price for the same rough measurements of $2100 but said the owner would come by to measure and confirm the quote. They insisted I pay an $800 deposit to reserve my desired installation day and told me it was refundable if I didn't agree with final price. They came to measure at my house the same day I paid the deposit. When they measured at my house they told me I actually needed less material only $1850 but because it was less now they had to charge me $200 delivery fee when it was supposed to be free. I got upset about them trying to charge a fee that wasn't agreed upon and asked for my deposit back (still the same day nothing had been ordered yet). They then tried to say it was a $150 administration fee for the refund which is outrageous. I told them we were coming for our deposit back and that was it and they still ended up charging us $25 fee supposedly for the debit machine charge. They are dishonest and should be ashamed and have lost all future business with my contractor! Stay away from this dirty business!

I used Hong Fa about 3 years ago. They installed new Caesarstone countertops in my kitchen. The pricing was fair and they did a great job. They were on time and the installation went well. Fast forward 3 years later and I purchased new stainless steel appliances for my kitchen, but the new stove wouldn't fit because it was about 1/4 too big for the space. I called Hong Fa and they came out and cut down the side of the countertop so that the new stove would fit. The cost was fair to do the work. I now need to get a custom-size vanity top for my ensuite bathroom

Beyond Our Expectations!!!Just had our kitchen countertop and backsplash installed by Hong Fa, and couldn't be happier with the results! The install team did a superb job and the whole surface looks seamless.So glad we've followed our gut feeling to go with HF after visiting a few other fabricators. Monica, whom we consulted with the most, is knowledgeable and very helpful; and after a couple of meetings with her, had gained our trust that she'd deliver what she promised. And the result was beyond our expectations!Thank you to all at Hong Fa. Will certainly go back for future projects.

Great service and amazing prices. Jenny came with her install team to take measurements the day I called her. Within 4 days the quartz counter tops were ready and installed. The install team were fast efficient and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
