Service Master of Durham has been an absolute dream to work with. We lost a lot of our shingles during a wind storm in early April, along with a lot of people in the GTA. And just a month before we close on selling our house! We were referred through Service Master of Durham through our insurance company, and they have been amazing. Follow up phone calls are always returned, and they call frequently to check in, even if there is no progress or update made. They call just to let me know they haven't forgotten, and are doing everything they can to get it done. Thank you so much for all your patient work, Tyler!!

During a very stressful time, ServiceMaster made everything so much easier. We had a flood at our place of business and once they arrived they took over the chaos of the damage. Glen was amazing explaining the process, dealing with adjusters and getting the unit back up and running in no time. Even with the most difficult landlord ever! Enzo had his crew in packing and moving us to our new location, leaving us to focus on keeping business running smoothly with the least distribution. Very professional, understanding, and always made theirselves available. I highly, highly recommend.
