Worst company ever , this is the kind of company that shows no respect to their study participants ( read my french comment on their screening location in Montréal and you will understand what I am talking about ).

Very weird to ask for a rating on this type of place here. Would be better within the parameters of LinkedIn.But here goes. Algorithme is great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, experienced and friendly people. I would definitely recommend them for Phase 1 studies. I know they do more, but I have only worked with them on Phase 1, so I kept my comments within my scope of experience.

A friend was told to not eat for a whole day, then they tried to draw his/her blood and failed 6 times...after taking a sample, they ended up telling him/her, it was too difficult to draw his/her blood and he can just go home

They don't give all the description when you apply for a study. Telling you not to eat all day and when you arrive they make you wait forever just to tell you do not fit the description for any study. It's a waste of my time. They don't care about how you feel and they call you by numbers on the study like they don't have your name on the paper.
